He is sensitive to his client's needs and uses his extensive knowledge and understanding of the law and regulations in this very complex area to help his clients (including me). Bob's legal knowledge extends well beyond the employee benefit plans area. In the Indiana litigation, he had a solid understanding of civil litigation, including discovery and trial strategy.
