Biography

Mr. Leiby has practiced construction law in Florida since 1973. He is board certified by the Florida Bar in construction law. He was the founder and first chairman of the Florida Bar Construction Law Committee. In 2008 he was awarded the lifetime achievement award by the Florida Bar Construction Law Committee. He is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell in construction law. He wrote the Florida Br Construction Law Manual published by Thompson Reuters West, which is also on-line in Westlaw.
