Lana Sturdevant
My legal career has been entirely born and cultivated at Levene Gouldin & Thompson, LLP (“LGT”), where I started out as a real estate paralegal and title searcher in 2002. After attending law school and taking both the NY and PA bar exams, I settled into LGT as an attorney. I came in with a solid understanding of real estate, which has developed into an interest in working through complicated title issues for title insurance purposes in both states. However, I’ve been lucky enough to expand my practice in various directions, spending roughly one-half of my time in the realm of Business/Commercial/Real Estate and roughly one-half of my time in the realm of Elder/Trusts & Estates. To that end, many of the clients I work with tend to fall within the nexus of both worlds. These days, raising my family has brought another passion to the forefront – estate planning specifically focused on preparation and protection for those with minor children like my own.
