Kobi is the Head of the Intellectual Property Practice and is a member of the Corporate, M&A and Technology Departments at Erdinast Ben Nathan Toledano & Co.
A seasoned corporate attorney, dually admitted in New York and Israel, with a proven track record of representing and providing general counsel to public and private companies, private equity firms and venture capital funds in a variety of corporate transactions, including M&A, the issue of debt and equity, investment rounds and other corporate transactions, with a special emphasis on intellectual property, technology and cyber matters.
Master of Laws from the University of Chicago (Gruss Lipper Fellow and Donald M. Ephraim Scholar in Law and Economics). Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business Administration from Reichman University.
