Missing Heirs - Lost Legacies - Probate Research
Klaas Zondervan is a Dutch lawyer and probate genealogist specializing in probate research and finding missing heirs both within the Netherlands and abroad. In this capacity, he also acts as research expert of the Dutch TV Show 'De Erfgenaam' [The Heir] which has seen its third season in 2023.
He is a former Board Member of the Dutch Organization of Legal Advisors (NVRA) (founded in 1928) and holds a license to conduct private investigations allotted to him by the Ministry of Security and Justice (POB 7030) in 2013.
Furthermore, being a certified estate executor and liquidator and given his legal background and extensive experience in the field, he often provides legal aid to and advocates for the rights of international beneficiaires to Dutch estates.
