I am an experienced trial lawyer in Augusta, Georgia who has represented thousands of people in Juvenile, State, and Superior Courts throughout Georgia. What distinguishes me from other top attorneys is that I truly care about all of my clients.
I have built my reputation as an attorney who strives to achieve the best results for all clients through dedicated, diligent, and attentive representation. I believe that early action in a case lays the groundwork to produce the best outcomes for my clients.
As a registered mediator, I have successfully settled a wide variety of contentious civil cases. I am also accredited through the Office of General Counsel for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to represent veterans in the preparation, presentation, and prosecution for VA benefits.
I was born and raised in Augusta, Georgia. I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia in 2008. In 2011, I graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law where I excelled in Moot Court. After completing law school, I returned home to Augusta to practice law.
I am an active member of the Augusta Bar Association, Young Lawyers of Augusta, Augusta Youth Development Campus Great Debaters Program, GABWA, and various other community programs.

- The National Academy of Criminal Defense Attorneys is an organization devoted to recognizing the top criminal defense attorneys in the nation. With over a million attorneys in the United States, choosing the best lawyer is difficult. However, through a stringent selection process, the NACDA awards the best criminal defense attorneys in each state with our most prestigious honor of being named "TOP 10". The very few attorneys (less than 1%) that are good enough to make our list have demonstrated an extraordinary amount of knowledge, skill, experience, expertise, and success in their practice of criminal defense. The attorneys that make our list have to first be nominated by a licensed practicing attorney or one of our in-house research staff members. Second, our research staff verifies that they meet the minimum requirements of membership. Then they have to be one of 50 attorneys chosen to advance to the final selection stage by our processing committee, and then our Board of Governors officially selects the Top 10 in each state. - A: I highly suggest that you hire a lawyer because a conviction for False Statements carries a sentence of 1-5 years in confinement and up to a $1000 fine.

- A: I am sorry to hear about your friend. In Georgia, a person convicted of Armed Robbery is not eligible for parole. However, the Department of Corrections determines how the defendant's time in confinement is calculated.
- Q. Is it against the law to take someone's wallet and refuse give it back?
- A: Yes, it is against the law to take someone's wallet without their permission and refuse to give it back. In fact, doing so could lead to you being charged with a theft.
