Kim represents clients in all areas of family law, including divorce, paternity, custody, adoption, guardianship, protective orders and Child in Need of Services (CHINS) actions. She has handled hundreds of family law cases across Indiana. When possible she counsels clients to resolve issues without legal intervention. However, Kim fights for her clients' rights through the litigation process when needed. Kim brings invaluable experience and skill to the process of developing unique legal strategies for her clients.
Kim is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and the Grant County Bar Association. She obtained her B.A. in 2006 at Indiana University. In 2010, she received her J.D. From the University of Dayton School of Law.
