Kimberly Blasey
A passionate defender of students’ rights, Kim helps those facing serious disciplinary actions navigate the most difficult times of their lives.
She zealously advocates for students when a Title IX complaint and the daunting possibility of expulsion threatens to unravel their lives and destroy their futures. Kim has worked extensively with individuals facing conduct accusations, representing college, graduate, and medical school students, as well as university professors and employees looking at possible termination. She also works with those facing disciplinary action for alleged misconduct stemming from learning, language, and developmental disabilities.
Kim understands the gravity of what’s at stake for those navigating these muddy waters and the importance of using a meticulous understanding of the details to secure successful outcomes for clients.
Prior to embarking on her career as an attorney, Kim worked for the Federal Bureau of Investigation and taught English in Cambodia.
Kim is licensed to practice law in Washington, D.C. and Maryland.
