Kimberly A. Madigan
Compassionate and experienced family law attorney.Kimberly Madigan is a founding partner of Madigan & Lewis, LLP, family law firm representing clients throughout the Bay Area. She is admitted to practice law before all courts in the State of California. Ms. Madigan was named a "Rising Star" in family law by Super Lawyers on the basis of peer recognition and professional achievement for years 2012-2014. In 2014, Ms. Madigan was named as one of the Top 10 Family Law Attorneys Under 40 in Northern California by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys (NAFLA). She is serving as the 2015 chair of the Family Law Section of the San Mateo County Bar Association. Ms. Madigan has practiced family law exclusively since 2006. She handles both litigated and mediated family law matters. Her practice focuses on divorce, (including complex property allocation and division), child custody, parentage (paternity), child support and spousal support, and domestic partnerships. She has completed mediation training with the Northern California Mediation Center and frequently works as a consulting attorney for individuals who have elected to mediate their divorce with a neutral.
