Kevin obtained his law degree with honors from William & Mary Law School. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, and all Georgia trial and appellate courts. He also has served as an arbitrator and mediator for the National Arbitration Forum, been a litigation and arbitration instructor for the American Institute of Paralegal Studies, and is an AHLA Neutral.
