Rating: 10 Lawyer Rating - 10 out of 10
I rate Kevin a 10 out of 10 for all the reasons I explained in this review. I’ve practiced law with and against many, many lawyers during my 36 year career, and Kevin is one of the very best. View More
Q. How do you know this lawyer?
  • Current or Former Co-Worker/Colleague

Kevin and I have been partners for almost 20 years.

Q. In the cases you were involved in with this attorney, which of the following apply?
  • Same Client

We have worked on more than 50 cases together over the last 18 years, many of which went to trial.

Q. When did you work with this lawyer?
2006-present. I have worked with Kevin for almost twenty years. His thoroughness and attention to detail are second to known. His work effort results in great results for clients. Unlike many so-called trial lawyers, Kevin has actually tried many cases, which qualified him for being Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Personal Injury law, as well as the invitation-only American Board of Trial Advocates. If you are severely injured you need a lawyer like Kevin.
Q. Was this lawyer an effective advocate/counselor and why?
Yes

In addition to his work ethic and trial experience, Kevin understands insurance adjusters, judges and juries. He knows how to communicate to his audience and provide them the information they need.

Q. Please rate this lawyer on the following:

Legal Knowledge: Excellent

Legal knowledge comes from two sources: real world experience and extensive education. Kevin has both.

Legal Analysis: Excellent

In addition to legal knowledge, other factors that make a lawyer a superb legal analyst include innate intelligence, common sense, and an ability to see all sides of a legal issue. Kevin has all of these.

Communication Skills: Excellent

Kevin listens well, to clients, judges, and insurance adjusters. He is articulate and has the ability to explain things in straightforward language.

Ethics and Professionalism: Excellent

Kevin’s reputation for professionalism and ethical conduct is witnessed by his invitation to join the American Board of Trial Advocates; the fact that he is Board Certified, which requires confidential reviews any lawyers and judges; and his voluntary participation in organizations like Inns of Court. All of these require a history of and commitment to professionalism and ethics.
