Kevin Etzkorn

Kevin Etzkorn has been a courtroom lawyer for more than 15 years. Kevin spent the first ten years of his career representing corporations, insurance companies, and hospitals in Missouri and Illinois. He eventually decided he could do more good by serving people than he could by defending corporations. In December 2014, he left a comfortable job at a large corporate law firm in order to start and run this firm with his brother. Since then, he has focused his practice on finding justice for those harmed by the negligent, reckless, and fraudulent acts of others. Given his experience as a corporate defense lawyer, Kevin has invaluable insight into how big businesses often mask or corrupt the truth and on what can be done to overcome their tactics. Since 2013, Kevin has been named each year as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers magazine, an award given to only 2.5 percent of attorneys. In 2018, Kevin was selected to America’s Top 100 High Stakes Litigators.
