Kevin B. Emerson
Kevin Emerson has been practicing in the area of family law matters for over twenty years. Attorney Emerson has a thriving litigation practice, litigating divorces, custody matters, and support matters. Attorney Emerson also has been trained in Collaborative Divorce and actively represents clients through the collaborative divorce process, finding that the process brings positive results for clients and their children. Attorney Emerson also is a trained mediator who has mediated countless divorces through his years of practice.
Attorney Emerson volunteers as a Special Master for multiple court systems assisting the courts by providing meaningful pretrials that often result in complete resolution of the case.
Attorney Emerson is taking cases before the Hartford, New Britain, Middletown, Rockville, Norwich and Putnam courts.
Attorney Emerson understands that issues confronting divorcing clients and personally assists his clients at every turn in the process.
