Defendant's with serious mental illness (SMI) diagnosis (schizophrenia, major mood disorder, psychoses NOS, borderline personality disorder) and those persons with co-occurring disorders (mental health and substance use disorder) which contributed to the criminal behavior have access to this the program. .
