Poor follow through and attention to detail I retained him for a landlord eviction. So far it has not been good. First court date the proper papers were not filed and papers not served. I have a second court date coming up and hope the proper information is filed. I'm trying to get these tenants out. I have to keep contacting to find out status. It is pretty frustrating, especially when you are losing money the longer the tenants stay. We will see how this plays out. I hope it gets better. So far, not happy.

Biography

I was born and raised in the lakes region of Oakland County in a little town called Union Lake. Union Lake is situated at the crossroads of Waterford Township, White Lake Township, West Bloomfield Township and Commerce Township hence the name Four Towns, known only by locals. I began my legal career with Wayne County Neighborhood Legal Services in their general litigation section taking my experience in consumer law with me into private practice. I currently practice all types of Consumer Law specializing in Bankruptcy, Estate Planning, Landlord-Tenant and Probate Law. I maintain a presence in Downtown Detroit in the Guardian Building and in Mount Clemens for my east side clients to make it easy for those clients with a busy schedule who don't have time to drive across town.
