Kenneth Charles Bronchick

I have continued to operate my own law firm since the mid 1980's. The focus of my practice the past 20+ years has been in real estate transactions, both for residential and commercial transactions. I have represented several banks, often drafting their loan documentation.

When handling title work, I write title insurance through my title agency, Expert Title Company. We are a full service title agency.

In addition to real estate law and transaction, my practice also includes substantial estate planning and probate law, as well as general corporate law and business purchases and sales.
