Management and Transition Responsible for the on-going operation of the facility as directed by the County Commission and the Hospital Governing Board through the period of operations specified above as well as through the County directed sale of the hospital to the private sector. In this regard, contacted major health care providers, soliciting bids for the purchase of the facility and provided potential bidders with required information for bid formulation.
