Kelsie’s practice includes advising and representing estate and trust fiduciaries in moderate to complex probate, estate and trust administration matters. She advises individual clients and families on estate planning and business succession planning, and regularly prepares wills, trusts, and other estate planning and business documents. Complimentary to her Trusts & Estates practice, Kelsie has experience representing clients before Connecticut Probate and Superior Courts, and has successfully represented clients in a multitude of complex civil and other contested matters, including will contests, breach of fiduciary duty, summary process, partition, foreclosure, breach of contract, corporate dissolution, business and employment disputes, and wrongful death.
