Kathryn J. Walsh
McIlveen Family Law FirmUsing over 24 years of experience, I represent clients in family court matters relating to child custody, visitation, child support, divorce, alimony, adoption, DSS cases, grandparent rights, and name change. I started out in my South Carolina Upstate home town as a solo practitioner, then partnered with my father to form a practice centered on family matters, expanding my experience to include defending juveniles in family court. I then pursued a passion for child advocacy and making families safe by working with the Department of Social Services as a staff attorney for many years. Now working with McIlveen Family Law Firm, I am using my many years' worth of skills and knowledge to help families when they need legal assistance in South Carolina.
