Kathleen Reiley

Attorney Kathleen Reiley has been in practice for more than two decades. She devotes her law practice to helping people with family law issues including divorce, premarital agreements, post nuptial agreements, marital property agreements, legal separation, stipulated divorce agreements or uncontested divorce matters, legal child custody and physical placement, paternity, child support and spousal support matters. Attorney Reiley is extensively experienced in both trial litigation and a mediation (for divorces, as well as other civil mediation matters). She frequently represents people in post judgment issues such as enforcement of a court order, disputes regarding court orders, judgment modifications, petitions to modify support, and petitions and trials to change legal custody or physical placement. Attorney Reiley also represents people in stepparent adoptions and grandparent visitation rights.

Kathleen Reiley attended accelerated courses from May 1983 to August 1985, while maintaining an active case load in a civil litigation clinic for four semesters and prosecuting cases in the Johnson County Attorney's Office for two semesters. She won her first jury trial (two days) while filling the position of assistant county attorney by Supreme Court rule.
