Q. A city cop in samson,Alabama would not let me request a towing company and had my car towed outside of the county
A: I'm sorry this happened to you. Law enforcement usually contracts with a towing company of their own choice to handle towing whenever a situation like this occurs.
Q. Can an inmate in prison file for a motion of reconsideration after serving 7 years in prison
A: To assist with a motion for reconsideration, you should contact an Alabama attorney experienced in post-conviction work. These kinds of legal battles can be very complicated and should be handled by a competent attorney.
