Legal Answers
1 Questions Answered
- Q. What do I do about this?
- A: Good morning,
It depends on the interaction between you and the office.
To request a health cam would definitely help your case because you’ll be able to see exactly how you toss the pin to the officer whether or not it was in a rude hanger, insolent manner, or the officer was put in fear of an immediate battery. However, I need more information. I need to be able to look at the ticket that the Officer wrote you and see exactly what they have occurred so further investigation would be needed. Thank you very much for the question.
- Q. How can i petition Superior Court to reinstate my DL for work that was suspended for CHild Support in arrears?
- A: You need to hire a child support attorney to help guide you through this process.
You haven’t indicated what steps you took to work out a plan with child support.
Unfortunately, I do not handle child support cases.
I wish you the best of luck.
Please hire an attorney that specializes in child support.
