Prior to joining Weinstock Manion, Kara represented entrepreneurs in mergers and acquisitions, real estate developers in negotiating commercial loan and development agreements, and the United Nations in Paris, France regarding treaties aimed at protecting art from illicit trafficking and armed conflict.
