- I spent a summer session in Beijing, China studying under the faculty of Renmin University of China School of Law and Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law at Indianapolis. Our curriculum included intellectual property, contracts, foreign investment and joint ventures, business organizations, employment law, criminal procedure, and alternative dispute resolution. Field trips included visits to the Supreme People's Court; the Legislative Committee of the National People's Congress; the Ministry of Commerce; the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC); and Jun He (???????, junhe.com), a prominent Chinese law firm.
