Justin is an excellent lawyer. After having been a prosecutor for 9 years in Georgia at the Clayton County Solicitor's office and as an Assistant District Attorney in Boston, Justin knows how to talk to prosecutors and explain to them from their perspective how there case is not going to work. He has had many cases dismissed or reduced without a trial that would have otherwise gone to an expensive and time consuming jury trial.

Justin has an excellent grasp of criminal law and stays current on new cases as they come out of the Georgia Court of Appeal and Georgia Supreme Court.

Legal Analysis: Excellent

Justin is an excellent legal writer. I have personally review his appellate briefs and briefs in support of trial motions. He does an excellent job setting out the law and explaining how the facts justify his position in court.

Communication Skills: Excellent

Justin is an excellent communicator. He is also very emotionally intelligent and knows how to comfort and encourage clients.
