Former Unsatisfied Client My wife and I hired her to represent us in a real estate lawsuit initiated by our home buyer. However, she failed to fully understand the responsibilities and goals entrusted to her as our legal counsel. She neglected to interview me, a vital defendant, the primary plaintiff, and a crucial witness to ensure an accurate understanding of the facts. Furthermore, she did not utilize our retained expert witness despite our prior payment for their services. Instead, she repeatedly sought continuations, unnecessarily prolonging the legal proceedings.
