Juliane M. Brumbaugh is a business litigation, trust litigation, probate litigation, and employment law attorney who joined Bloodworth Law, PLLC, in January 2018.
Based in Orlando, Juliane drives to clients across the state. Juliane’s time is spent focused on business litigation, trust litigation, or probate and estate litigation.
In 2015, Juliane moved to Orlando, Florida to be closer to family, and joined the Public Defender Office in Osceola County. During her time with the office, she litigated over twenty-five jury trials to verdict in both felony and misdemeanor criminal cases.
After law school, Juliane joined the Ticktin Law Group and was quickly exposed to litigation practice with an emphasis on mortgage foreclosure and business litigation.
With an interest in law and science sparked, Juliane moved to Gulfport, Florida, to attend Stetson University College of Law concentrating her coursework on trial litigation.
While in law school Juliane was an active member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution team, and, in 2013, participated in a regional Negotiation competition in New York City. This training and experience provided her with valuable trial advocacy and mediation skills.
In college, Juliane attended the Cyril H. Wecht Institute of Forensic Science and Law, in Pittsburgh. She received a B.A. in biochemistry and an M.S. in Forensic Science.
Juliane enjoys running, hiking, and reading mystery novels. Juliane is an active supporter of both Orlando City Soccer and Orlando Solar Bears, and a huge Dallas Cowboys fan.
