Illinois Traffic Help - Got a ticket? We can help save you time and money!
In my past life as a former prosecutor, I prosecuted literally thousands of traffic cases. I know the ins and outs of the system, where things can go wrong and exactly how harsh traffic penalties can be. After spending years as a prosecutor, I got tired of being on that side of things. I got tired of being the “bad guy” and having to charge people ridiculous fines.
As an attorney, I have worked in the areas of corporate law, criminal defense and divorce, but the majority of my experience is with traffic violations. As a prosecutor in the Pulaski County, Illinois courthouse, I prosecuted thousands of traffic tickets and learned the ins and outs of the system.
Now, I work to make sure that people get through their legal issues with as little stress and anxiety as possible. I know how stressful it can be. If you hire me to defend your case, you can be assured that you are in good hands.
I am very laid back and like all of my clients to know that I am approachable and truly care about your concerns. My goal is to serve my clients to the best of my ability.

- Q. Will I be able to avoid getting my license suspended?
- A: The best option for now would be to file a motion to vacate one of the traffic tickets and try to get court supervision or some other disposition.
This basically means that you would file for the court to reopen your case and allow you to negotiate a different plea.
For the best answer to your question, it would be best to consult with an attorney that serves the county where you got the ticket.
- Q. How do I tell the judge I have my license back when I go to court for driving while suspended and no insurance
- A: In my experience as a traffic prosecutor, we would discuss those issues with the defendants on the traffic court date. If you show up in court, you should get the opportunity to speak to the prosecutor and show them the proof of license and insurance.
Once you speak with them, they should give you an offer based on that information and present it to the Judge.
It can never hurt to seek legal advice in the county in which you received the ticket. A lot of firms offer free consultations and should be able to give you more insight.
