Biography

Ms. Murphy is an Associate Attorney at Farber, Pappalardo & Carbonari. She practices in the area of matrimonial and family law, handling all aspects of contested and uncontested divorce, post-judgment, child custody, child support, spousal support, and equitable distribution cases, including pre-marital and post-marital agreements.

Ms. Murphy graduated cum laude from Pace University School of Law. While in Law School, Ms. Murphy was the Managing Editor of PACE INTERNATIONAL LAW REVIEW and a University Merit Scholarship Recipient.

Ms. Murphy’s legal experience includes working as an intern in the Legal Clinic of the domestic violence center: House of Ruth, Maryland; the land use law firm: Zarin & Steinmetz; and the judicial chambers of the Hon. William J. Giacomo, Westchester County Supreme Court. Ms. Murphy has been with the firm of Farber, Pappalardo & Carbonari since May 2011.

Ms. Murphy is a member of the Westchester County Bar Association, the Westchester Women’s Bar Association, and the New York State Bar Association.
