4 Questions Answered

Q. What happens if i didnt submit response on time
A: It depends on the Judge. Some Judges will be lenient depending on how late the response was filed while other Judges will not accept it.
Q. How can i get a probono family law attorney to represent me in pittsburgh california?
A: You can try calling the local bar association club in or around your area as well http://www.calegaladvocates.org/about/. They may be able to help.
Q. I am getting married, and wonder if I can be held responsible for debts my fiancee incurred before we met?
A: It depends. Generally no, unless you told her you would be responsible for them or that you would pay off all her debts for her.
Q. How can a court grant temp custody & be ready to remove parental rights when parent hasn't been served & case is secret?
A: I'm making a large presumption here, which I hate to do, but with the facts given I believe you're speaking about a restraining order. If there is allegations of imminent irreparable harm, an emergency restraining order will be granted and a temporary restraining order hearing date will be set within a few days. Notice for a temporary restraining order will be given. At the temporary restraining order hearing the Court will set a date for a "full" restraining order hearing allowing both parties to "state their case" and temporary custody orders made. Notice must be given for the "full" restraining order.
