Very Slow! Very low energy! Not recommended In my opinion, Joyce and her office are extremely unorganized and slow... I call them often and they rarely ever return my calls. I’ve been trying for (3) months to get a reasonable date that we can take depositions... they ignore multiple attempts. They then put a motion to “quash”, without any warrant or communication to me. If you want to hire an attorney that will drag your case out with limited involvement than this is the perfect group for you! They are extremely slow. They are not deal makers. In regards to her being an “in-house” attorney of one of the members of our family trust, she responds sometimes but is very vague. She is not very business savvy. She said she’s not doing depositions, and her secretary “mr Lindauere” later discloses that she is in the middle of a deposition. This is extremely aggravating because I know that we are paying for her services and I believe a kindergartner could do a better job. She is an officer of the court but you wouldn’t know it by her stall tactics. I may later filed a bar complaint. Very poor service
