Joshua Joseph Zokaeem

The CAPITAL Law Firm was founded by Attorney Joshua J. Zokaeem. Mr. Joshua Zokaeem is the managing partner and principal at The CAPITAL Law Firm.

Mr. Zokaeem possesses a vast and comprehensive knowledge of personal injury law. Mr. Zokaeem is a passionate advocate and aggressive litigator. Prior to founding The CAPITAL Law Firm, Mr. Zokaeem worked at two well-respected litigation firms in Beverly Hills, California, and in Los Angeles, California where he focused on personal injury matters, and business litigation.

Mr. Zokaeem graduated, with a Bachelor of Arts from University of California Los Angeles in 2010. He then went on to pursue a law degree from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, California. In 2014, he took the California bar examination and passed on his first attempt.

While attending Southwestern Law School, Mr. Zokaeem was the recipient of the CALI “Excellence for the Future” Award in Legal Analysis, Writing & Skills. Mr. Zokaeem was also the recipient of the CALI “Excellence for the Future” Award in Immigration Law. Coupled with his academic achievements, Mr. Zokaeem was a member of the Negotiation Honors Program. As a member of the team, Mr. Zokaeem competed in the International Law School Mediation Tournament in Chicago, IL. At this competition, Mr. Zokaeem placed as a Semi-Finalist in the Mediator category.

Mr. Zokaeem’s education and background serve as a foundation for him to understand all aspects and issues of a particular case. Notably, and most importantly, Mr. Zokaeem is further able to understand the needs of his clients.

Mr. Zokaeem is a member of CAALA, AAJ, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Beverly Hills Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in all California State Courts, and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
