Extremely capable, experience legal service, and advice along side exemplary customer service! I was lucky enough to be assigned Mr. Shannon as a paid consultation. I briefly explained the HOA situation I was dealing with as a member of the Board and he was able to provide advice and was knowledgeable about the situation. His years of experience showed. I asked for a letter of representation to present to the Board and he provided it in a few hours. We agreed to sign the letter and the problem we had that was already escalated was quickly addressed.
