Joseph Rosen
I have been an attorney since 2000 and graduated from the University of Florida Law School. Before starting my own private practice, I worked as a condominium and homeowner's lawyer for several firms. My own practice specializes in insurance claims and business law. The focus of my insurance practice is in life insurance and residential property damage claims. Our Firm helps people recover insurance which was denied them by their insurance carriers. In the area of life insurance, we handle all varieties of denied claims, including those based on application misrepresentation, lapse of policy, accidental death, and policy exclusions. We also recover property damage insurance when the carrier either denies the claim or underpays the claim.
