
Joseph R Marriott
Joseph R. Marriott focuses his practice on business and real estate transactions exclusively. He is a graduate of Tulane University and Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. At Loyola, he served as the Real Estate Law Society president for two years and as a VITA volunteer for two years while he held law clerkships with Babovich and Speadle, NAI Latter & Blum, Spera Law Group, and Quality Title Services. Mr. Marriott is an active member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, New Orleans Bar Association, Jefferson Bar Association, New Orleans Chamber of Commerce, Jefferson Chamber of Commerce, and YLC. Mr. Marriott has guest lectured at Loyola on the topics of New Orleans real estate legal market and real estate compliance issues. Mr. Marriott is the managing member of GCC Title as well as the founder and lead of Gulf Coast Corporate Attorneys real estate section.
