I had Joe Elio for my highly contest custody case for ~4yrs. At first, he started out good at negotiating several stipulations but when it came to going to trial, he did the minimal work which resulted in losing the hearing and Joe E. throwing a literal temper tantrum in front of the judge. If you are going to trial, don’t use him or his firm. He is ok at negotiating.
