I have known Joe Schodowski for about a decade and we have worked together on numerous cases. He is top notch and I never hesitate referring my own clients to Joe.

On occasion, a client can have cases pending in multiple Counties. If there is ever a situation where a client needs help in a county that we don't cover, I make sure Joe can handle the cases in the other counties.

Yes

Joe is an effective advocate and counselor because he is knowledgeable, buy also very personable. He is easy to speak with and I think clients find him easy to relate to. I know that the Court staff in his area hold him in high regard.

Legal Knowledge: Excellent

When I have an issue that I am unsure of, or at least need to double check my answer, Joe is my go-to for legal knowledge.

Legal Analysis: Excellent

He does an excellent job with legal analysis and I know that personally. He has often shared masterful briefs with me when I have a very specific legal issue. He has already done the research!

Communication Skills: Excellent

As I mentioned above, he is easy to speak with for both clients and the attorneys that he deals with on a daily basis. I see him advocate frequently in court and his style is calm and persuasive.

Ethics and Professionalism: Excellent

When I call the Jefferson County Courthouse and have a procedural question, the clerks will actually refer me to Joe! He is obviously regarded as the top-tier for professionalism.

Sometimes you can come to regret giving another attorney a referral. Joe is not one of those attorneys. I have sent him some clients over the years, and they have always been incredibly happy with his service. I know that when I pass along his number that the client will be in good hands.
