Failed To Complete Legal work that he was paid in full to complete I hired Mr. Lucas to be the attorney for my father's estate. I paid Mr. Lucas in full. Mr. Lucas failed to complete the estate as he was hired to complete. Mr. Lucas failed to complete the inventory in a timely fashion resulting in me having to go to court to explain why. Mr. Lucas was an hour late to the hearing. Mr. Lucas failed to list all the assets of the estate on the inventory. Mr. Lucas has failed to return phone calls regarding this matter.
