Mr. Maher and I were both at the El Paso County District Attorney's office, where we worked together, and then Mr. Maher was made a supervisor. I left the office prior to Mr. Maher, so we worked as opposing counsel on several occasions, and have worked as colleagues again on the side of Criminal and DUI defense for several years.

Mr. Maher and I have worked together as prosecutors and defense attorneys. We recently worked together on a complicated motions issue which resulted in the creation of precedent which has helped hundreds of people whose rights were violated during the COVID-19 pandemic.
