Mediation: Mediation is not "one size fits all" and Joe works with the parties to develop effective solutions for their unique situation.
Joe will mediate disputes in the areas of: family law, landlord/tenant, business disputes, disputes with an emphasis on real estate or insurance issues, and interpersonal disputes.
Real Estate: Having been in the real estate sales/mortgage industry since 2006, Joe brings a dynamic to real estate transactions that most attorneys can't & that no real estate agent can.
Give Joe a call about any real estate transaction including FSBOs for a free consultation. Get better results with a real estate attorney on your side.
Personal Injury Law: You were injured & it's not your fault. Now you are entitled to whatever compensation is necessary to put you back in the position you would have been in had you not been injured.
Family Law - Minor's Counsel: Family Law can be challenging at times, but doesn't need to be. Attitude, the ability to stay rational with the facts, & common sense can easily help this often volatile area of the law into a seamless transition of the next phase of your life.
Joe is also a Judge Pro Tem, mediator, and mandatory settlement conference facilitator at the Superior Court in Sonoma County.
