From opposing each other in criminal cases when Jorge was a District Attorney, to co-counseling on matters now, I know Jorge well and whole-heartedly recommend him. He is a ferocious courtroom advocate and highly effective litigator. He has never lost a jury trial. He is smart, determined, and effective. Additionally, Jorge is one of the funniest, smartest, and kindest attorneys that I have had the privilege of working with. He is a model for other attorneys.

- A: Agree with Richard Davis. You need to file a petition for non-disclosure in order to seal your record.
This is different than an expunction. You should consult with an attorney and he can explain the difference to you.

- A: Under the rules that govern our advertising, no attorney can claim to “specialize” in a particular type of criminal offense.
However, sexual assault cases are very complex cases. It is important to consult a criminal attorney with experience handling those particular cases. Many of these cases can result in a jury trial. Which is why it is especially important to ask your attorney if they have jury trial experience with sexual assault cases.
Certain sexual assault offenses can carry lifetime consequences. Make sure you hire someone you can trust.
