In March 2013, Jordan received an $842,000 verdict in a nursing home negligence lawsuit for an 87-year-old client that suffered from a fall resulting in fractures to her hip, pelvis and shoulder. In September 2013, Jordan received a $2.4 million accident verdict for a 29-year-old man who was hit by a truck driven by a City of Chicago Streets and Sanitation employee. And most recently, Jordan helped secure a $1.8 million verdict in a medical malpractice case against a Chicago-area surgeon. Jordan settled a medical malpractice case for $3 million against a Chicago-area neurosurgeon for an older woman who was paralyzed from the waist down as a result of a surgical error. He also obtained a $1 million nursing home settlement for the surviving family of a 33-year-old woman who died as a result of negligence by a Chicago nursing home and attending physician, for the failure to properly manage her anticoagulation medication.
