Jordan Lee Zoretic
Jordan holds a J.D. from Appalachian School of Law with Pro Bono Honors, after transferring there from Charlotte School of Law. Prior to law school Jordan earned her B.S. in English Literature from Austin Peay State University located in her hometown of Clarksville, Tennessee. It was there, near the Fort Campbell military base, that her passion for the fair treatment of veterans was born.
While in law school Jordan was a student attorney for the immigration clinic, a student representative for LexisNexis, a research assistant for her criminal law professor, a summer intern at Gilles Law in Charlotte, North Carolina, and a student leader.
After law school Jordan moved to Maine with her significant other of eight years while he studies dentistry in the dental program at the University of New England. Before she started practicing at Jackson & MacNichol, Jordan worked for two different local solo practioners in the area. The position at Jackson & MacNichol is Jordan’s first opportunity to practice veteran’s law. She is excited to begin her veterans law career in Portland, Maine.
