Multi-Talented Business Lawyer for SMBs-consumers I had the good fortune to run across Mr. Miller via a Google search as I was seeking counsel for a very specialty niche area of law: judicial review of a regulatory agency. Most attorneys would have no idea about the exact mechanics and complex underlying law of this petition. Mr. Miller expressed interest, as he is a very intellectually astute lawyer. There was some complex procedural issues as to whether the applicable statutes were contained in New York State law, or the Administrative Code of the City of New York - which is an entirely separate beast in itself. In any event, he agreed to make the appropriate court filing. The next day, he contacted me with some concerns about the likelihood of the eventual success of my filing. He had certainly rolled up his sleeves, conducted a significant amount of nitty-gritty of legal research, knew civil procedure inside and out, and came to a conclusion: I was wasting my money. After some detailed discussion, I was finally persuaded by his very well thought-out, well-researched, and technically sound argument. He advised me to drop the issue and that he would refund the retainer paid and only charged me a tiny token fee, which I think did not even cover the initial consultation. (In truth, he actually saved me perhaps tens of thousands in legal fees which would have been wasted.) Mr. Miller commands a considerable amount of battlefield experience in courtroom litigation, can access any legal research and any technology available to the largest New York law firms, and can handle any court filing in the NY, NJ, or PA area - all at lightning speed and a small fraction of the cost of a large New York law firm. Apart from my own inquiry, Mr. Miller can clearly get up to speed on a variety of niche legal matters affecting businesses of all sizes and has access to a network of other laws firms if added resources are needed, I would very highly recommend Mr. Miller based on his considerable decades of litigation-courtroom experience, his keen intellect, his deep legal acumen - and above on, his sense of commitment, ethics, and justice.
