Jonathan and I helped teach the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) “DWI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing” on November 11th - 13th, 2022.

Jonathan was the 2nd in charge at the seminar with Robert La Pier as the lead instructor. Jonathan displayed a through knowledge of the Standardized Field Sobriety tests. He not only taught the subject, he also gave the attorney we taught valuable insight on how the knowledge would help them in their practice.

Jonathan's knowledge on DUI defense was displayed often during the training we taught. As mentioned above he not only taught the subject but would continually teach about how it could help attorneys prepare for their DUI cases.

Among other things Jonathan taught the legal section of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) “DWI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing” course. His knowledge of Washington's DUI law was top notch.

I got to know Jonathan while teaching other attorneys with him in Lynwood. But I had attended other course on DUI trial skills that Jonathan has taught. From these experiences, I have found Jonathan to be an excellent attorney and a skilled litigator on DUI cases. But most importantly, he is a very caring person who cares about his client. He makes sure they are represented in a way that protects their rights and helps the court, prosecutors and others see them as good people.
