He Defrauds Disabled Veterans Disrud uses Stolen Valor to defraud Disabled Veterans. He violates Federal Regulations by claiming he's qualified to represent Veterans in VA benefits claims and by taking their money without VA approval. A US Congressional Inquiry TX-21 informed me that he'd put my son's life and future in jeopardy for eight months in order to steal $4000 from us, a Disabled Veteran with a handicapped son.
