Biography

I currently practice as part time in-house counsel for Regulated Capital Consultants, LLC, a white collar consulting company that provides services primarily to regulated industries. I previously was in private practice in the areas of commercial litigation and commercial law. I have been rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell for many years and was on the list of Georgia Super Lawyers in various areas for 15 years. I taught Insurance Law at the University of Georgia Law School as an adjunct professor for ten years.
