John is one of the brightest lawyers I know. His knowledge is expressed through his legal writing. He has the ability to express complex thoughts and issues in fewer words than most, without losing meaning. His legal briefs can really be brief, while still being incredibly persuasive.

John is extremely well versed in procedure and evidence, both of which are the foundational principles upon which a litigation practice must be built.

It is incredibly important to analyze a case up front, before the representation begins, rather than after the fact. John spends the time necessary to learn the important facts and then takes the time necessary to deliberate on what claims could be pursued and the most likely result. In the long run, this avoids wasting the time and money of both the client and the Firm.

Communication Skills: Excellent

John expresses himself well with the written word, as described above. He also is an articulate speaker and always comes from a position of empathy and empowerment for his clients.

Ethics and Professionalism: Excellent

Lawyers are held to a high standard by the Rules of Professional Conduct.
