The worst experience I have ever encountered. I retained Mr Grennell in May of 2020. To make things easier I pretty much took the time to do all the work he would have to have his paralegal do. It took me about 4 hours put together all the information I needed for Mr Grennell to cut down on the time he had to spend on my case as well as cut down on the expense that it would incur on my end. Once I sent the information his paralegal received it and proceeded to construct a professional document that would be sent to the other party The documentation that I sent to Mr Grennells paralegal was beyond detailed very time consuming and took me about 4 hours to get every detail possible to support my case. Once his paralegal sent me a draft of the letter I had to make money corrections to it as there were spelling errors and misinformation although I sent her a four-page document stating every detail pertaining to my case. We are finally able to get the letter out and that was on July 1st I have talked to Mr Grennell maybe twice since then as he never picks up my calls he never returns my messages and when I speak to his assistant who has been with him for 20 years she pretty much advises me that she is not allowed to give out the information that I'm looking for nor is she considered qualified enough to give me the information so she always sends me to Mr Grennelks voicemail and I never get a call back. Although his assistant has been with him for 20 years apparently he does not entrust her to help his clients in a very dire time of need while he is busy. At this point this entire situation could have been over and done with but Mr Grennell chooses not to pay attention to my situation which in turn makes me feel like I am not a very important client although I have offered to pay him whatever it takes to get my case settled. Due to the fact that he will not even return my call to tell me if he wants to continue with my case or drop my case so I can hire somebody new it's caused me a tremendous amount of anxiety and at this point I guess I will just lose the money that I've paid him and move on to someone else. It was also very concerning to me that he kept putting me off because he was not sure if this would go to a state or accounting Court claim as well as not knowing the fees that would be involved therefore I was just waiting for him to book the date advise me of the fees and ready to send him a check to move forward once again as a client of his I guess my case is not that important to him. This has been a very long journey as well as a very stressful journey is he was recommended to me from two people that I respect tremendously which makes me very disappointed in him. Unless you have a real estate issue/closing I would not recommend Mr Grennelkl for anything else. Which brings me back to one of my main points that his assistant has been with him for 20 years and she has been informed by him which has been communicated to me that she is not allowed to answer any questions without his approval.
