Ben’s case experience includes complex multi-party litigation, handling claims against a dialysis provider under the False Claims Act, breach of fiduciary claims, and oil-and-gas contract disputes. Each of these cases involved enormous sums of money at stake, and Ben proved more than capable of ensuring the best possible result for his clients. By far, Ben’s proudest case as a lawyer was when he represented the Boys & Girls Harbor—a home for abused and neglected children—against the City of Morgan’s Point. He secured a multi-million dollar settlement for the Harbor against the city, helping them to continue doing vital charitable work. Outside of the courtroom, Ben spends time with his wife and 3 daughters, plays basketball (albeit not as well as he used to), and enjoys spending time on the coast.
